A Rectangle-quartet Metamaterial for Dual-band Perfect Absorption in the Visible Region

چکیده
Based on rectangle-shaped structures, we create a dual-band metamaterial perfect absorber (DMPA) in the optical region. The independent-polarization absorption is significant advantage as well simple integrated progress for constituent materials. In particular, can be obtained to over 90% bandwidth of 140 THz (from 608 748 THz), which still remained oblique incident angles TE-polarization. Our results regarded groundwork near future applications such photodetectors, energy converters and more.
